The Founder Who Lost Contact With Desire
You built the thing you said you wanted. The wanting is what went quiet. We go looking for it — not the next strategy, the desire underneath it.
Executive leadership coaching · Franziska Gonder
For leaders who've climbed every rung and felt the ground get thinner. There's a more human way to lead — more direct, more alive, and better for building companies that last.

The premise
"Up and to the right" promised that enough success would finally feel like enough. For most of us, it hasn't. Constant competition at all costs has left even the most accomplished leaders feeling like nobody, and nothing, is ever enough. Unreasonably Human is the other path.
The people I do the deepest work with rarely look like they need it. That's usually the tell.

The results arrive on schedule and land like nothing. This is the work of closing the gap between what you've achieved and what you can actually feel.

You've become exceptional at being who the room needs. Underneath the adaptation is a person with a point of view. We bring them back to the table.
The approach
The work isn't more optimization. It's more room — for presence, for feeling, for the person actually doing the leading.
Bringing your narrative, values, and personality into alignment with how you actually show up — in the body, not just the deck.
Grounding in present-moment awareness so you can widen the space between stimulus and response — and choose what happens there.
Cultivating abundance, generosity, and self-belief — the internal room to hold more without contracting into scarcity.
Ways to work together
Every engagement starts with a conversation — no form long enough to capture what actually brought you here.
Private, ongoing work for founders and senior leaders. Somatic intelligence, breathwork, and radical self-inquiry — not accountability, depth.
A small, held group of women leading at the edge of what they've built — doing the interior work in the company of peers who get it.
A few days away from the operating cadence to remember who's actually running the company. Immersive, embodied, and deliberately unhurried.
About Franzi
Franziska Gonder is an executive leadership coach. She has worked with billionaires, Fortune 100 companies, and venture-backed founders — and holds a master's degree in international management research.
In 2013, her father's death set off a reckoning that moved her away from hustle culture and toward emotional authenticity and human connection. That reckoning became the work she now does with leaders: embodied, centered, capacious.
